Section 1
GadgetWizard delivers genuine tech products across Australia and offers showroom pickup from our Sydney location at 46 Railway Pde, Lakemba NSW 2195. This Shipping Policy explains how we fulfil online orders, estimated timeframes, and your options if something goes wrong in transit.
Section 2
Standard delivery is available to Australian delivery addresses submitted at checkout. A delivery fee applies to orders below $200, and orders of $200 or more receive free standard delivery. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. Displayed delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. You will receive order confirmation by email once payment is accepted.

You may select showroom pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Lakemba showroom during published hours (Open daily, 10:00 am – 2:00 am). Our Sydney showroom is open every day from 10:00 am to 2:00 am — a deliberately extended schedule, not a typo. We know it's unusual for a retail shopfront, but it reflects how we operate: walk-in customers, order collections, and in-person enquiries are genuinely welcome at any hour within that window, including late evening and overnight. Please bring your order confirmation and photo identification when collecting. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Section 4
Paid orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day. Processing may take longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, or alternative solution.
Section 5
Inspect your delivery on arrival where practical. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@gadgetwizard.com.au or +61 424 346 968 with your order number and photos where applicable. We will assess the issue under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our carrier arrangements.
Section 6
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your non-excludable rights under the ACL, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and timely supply. For major failures, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. For more information, visit the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au.
