These Terms govern your use of GadgetWizard and your purchase of products and services from Gadget Wizard Pty Ltd.

Section 1
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.gadgetwizard.com.au website and your purchase of products from Gadget Wizard Pty Ltd (ABN 31 694 555 514), trading as GadgetWizard. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Section 2
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Section 3
Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Promotional pricing, catalogue changes, and stock availability may vary without notice. An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.
Section 4
You must provide accurate checkout information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not charge a card surcharge.
Section 5
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary by location, carrier capacity, or events outside our reasonable control. Showroom pickup is available during published showroom hours (Open daily, 10:00 am – 2:00 am). You must present valid order confirmation and identification where requested.
Section 6
Return and warranty support is assessed in accordance with the ACL, manufacturer warranty terms, and our published Returns & Refunds Policy. Proof of purchase may be required. Eligible items may be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery or showroom pickup, as set out in that policy.
Section 7
Wholesale or business pricing is available only to approved business account holders. Applications are subject to review, verification, and ongoing compliance with our business trading terms. We may approve, reject, suspend, or withdraw business access at our discretion.
Section 8
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Section 9
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, resupply of goods, or refund of the price paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Section 10
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
